Beverly achieved the International President´s Diamond award for sales volume in 2003, 2004, 2006, and 2007 placing her in the top 10% of Coldwell Banker´s sales associates. She also received the Rookie of the Year award for sales volume in the 4S Ranch office her first year practicing Real Estate.
